Stride & Prejudice, A Jane Austin Endless Runner

stride and prejudice cover

Stride & Prejudice has arrived unto is via iOS and looking at the name of the game, it is what it is. Finally, we have been graced with a Jane Austin Endless Runner. (as if Austin’s books never end…)

stride prejudiceSo why are we reporting the release? Well, to borrow a quote from another British author, Stride & Prejudice has us being curiouser and curiouser. The game is developed by No Crusts Interactive and gives players control of a running and jumping Lizzy Bennet. The games stages are entirely comprised of the novel’s text.

Players are also allowed to choose between survival mode and reader mode. The objective of the game is to read the entire text. In survival mode, you start from the beginning of the novel each time you perish and in reader mode, you simply begin where you left off, like a bookmark of some sort.

For some reason… like most iOS games, this seems that it will be very addictive. Also, if you’ve got yourself a girl that isn’t into gaming, this is definitely one that will break the ice. Be sure to check out the game, found in the Apple Store.
