Charles Dance confirms season 3 for Game of Thrones

Charles Dance confirms season 3 in an interview with Attention Deficit Delirium Dance. He discusses his upcoming roles in Neverland and Underworld: Awakening as well as reprising the role of Tywin in season 2 of Game Of Thrones. Dance confirms the third season and one other topic related to his character.

We finished [filming] season two. I think that will air in February or March of next year, and we will start shooting season three in May or June of next year.

Devotees of the books have told me that I have a very spectacular death, not next season but possibly the season afterwards. I’m not going to tell you what that is, but it’s a death scene the like of which I’ve never had before anyway.

My roommate knows Jason Mamoa, has been to his house, and picked fruit from his yard. He was trying to get him to party with us during Comic Con, but obviously he had too many commitments with GoT and the new Conan coming out.

  Jason is a cool guy. We used to party with him back in the day during his Baywatch Hawaii days and just before he hooked up with Lisa Bonet. My brother ran into him in Hollywood, he still remembers our party days. I don’t think getting Jason to do a spot for us would be a problem.
